oxford street district future vision

A short animated teaser summarising the huge urban design framework project that Westminster City Council will be implementing for the Oxford Street District in central London over 2020 and beyond. I was brought in to CD the project by Squint/Opera, working with their teams and partner agency Publica to condense down the 145 page framework document into a 60 second film. With the overarching aim to build up excitement and interest in the future vision of the district hit very hard by the repercussions of the covid-19 pandemic.
